Purple Potted Pole Beans are a new cultivar that we are growing this year. We used 16′ cattle panels formed into an arch to grow these pole beans.
They are a bit larger than the green pole beans (Turkey Craw) we grew last year.
It doesn’t look like it , but pictured are quarts of green beans and purple beans. When the purple beans are cooked they turn green. We’ve frozen quite a few quarts too.
