We have come to the end of our wood stove use for the season. This is the first full year that we’ve heated our tiny house (< 400 sq. ft.) with wood. It was a mild winter and we ended up using a little less than a cord of wood in our Morso 1410 ‘The Squirrel” wood stove. Another cord of wood has been split and is ageing a bit more for the upcoming winter. One of our kittens (Socks) has found a little cubby that I setup for them if you look closely at this picture. The woodshed measures 9x5x5 feet which is a little more than a cord of wood (8’x4’x4′).
