Cut and Come Again Lettuce
This is the fourth full harvest from our lettuce bed in the greenhouse. I thought it would be bitter tasting by now, but it still tastes good. Over 2 lbs of lettuce harvested from this little bed this morning.

Asparagus Finally Coming Up
We finally have asparagus stalks coming up (about 10 stalks so far). This is only their second year and it’s recommended to harvest lightly this year. We planted one bed each of red and green asparagus, but I forgot which cultivars we planted at the moment. Red Asparagus
Starting Pepper Seeds In January
We have tried growing bell peppers from seed for a couple years and we can never get them to consistently germinate because it is too cold. We would end up buying seedlings, which can be pretty expensive compared to the cost of seeds. This year we are trying out a 10 x 20.75 inch seedling
2017 Garden Harvest Summary
