It’s breezy and 55⁰ this morning in the garden. It’s looking a bit tired, but there’s still so much beauty! Such a gorgeous day 🌞
The little cabin in the woods is done on the outside with the exception of painting and a few miscellaneous odds and ends. The inside still has a good bit of work left. The electrical is done and working great on a small solar system.
We have about 3 dozen free range chickens in our place in the woods. Two really good dogs watch over them during the day and keep any predators at bay. At dusk the chickens automatically go back inside their coops (which are shut at night), and the dogs are tied up outside around the coops.
We cleared a little more land around the existing orchard in the back. It’s not really much to look at this early into Spring, but we’ve added a few more plants too.
