We have one 12 foot bed of strawberries and they are finally starting to ripen. We have picked about 4.5 lbs so far, but these are the everbearing variety, so we’ll hopefully be in strawberries all summer.
We had bought some strawberries recently from the store. They were huge and absolutely gorgeous, but they didn’t taste nearly as good as homegrown.
