We are just beginning construction on a workshop at the end of our driveway. It will be a 12′ x 20′ workshop to start. We will add an 8′ x 20′ room along the left side to bring the building up to 20′ x 20′.
The building will rest on 10″ square concrete piers dug down 3 feet. Situated on the piers are 6″ x 6″ pressure treated timbers attached to the piers with anchor bolts which were set into the concrete at key points.
