On October 29th, 2013 we made the leap and purchased 9.7 wooded acres in Sardis, TN. It has a small cabin that will become our temporary home while we build our permanent house. Sardis is a quiet town of less than 500 people in Western Tennessee. This blog will document our adventures as two former city slickers create a homestead incorporating permaculture practices.
