Our garden fruit and veggies are canned for the year. The problem is that we have to find places to store all these jars. They say you’re not supposed to stack home canned goods more than two flats high, because the excessive weight can compromise the seal on the lids. So, I wanted to build some stackable crates just big enough to hold 12 pint jars without crushing the lids of the jars below. I made a couple, and they work great. Sarah likes them and said we need 20 more….and some quart sized too….ughhh!
