We thought we did well with bell peppers last year, but we ran out quickly. We usually dice and freeze them at the end of the season. Well, this year we have vowed to plant more and try to grow enough to last the year. We have over 3 dozen pepper plants growing in the greenhouse and we may have a few more under the grow lights in the house still.
