Sarah went hiking on the Appalachian Trail this June for about 2 1/2 weeks. She started on the approach trail to Springer Mountain, GA and ended her hike at the Nantahala Outdoor Center near Bryson City, NC. She hiked over 140 miles by herself…in heavily forested mountains…thick with black bears. She said it was an amazing experience and she will be back!
