The Sams with ‘The Village’, which is what they call their group of hiking buddies on the trail. They should have left Hot Springs, NC and be headed for Hampton, TN for their next resupply at Uncle Johnny’s Hostel. Sam C. said he was having ‘ridiculous amounts of fun’. We are so glad that he decided to do this. It was a life changing experience for us, and I suspect it will be for the boys too.
