Coco rubbing up against the catnip in the garden. We’ve harvested and dried quite a lot of catnip this year.
We have finished building two large mulch basins for our grey water system. Our kitchen sink drain feeds the mulch basin pictured below and a much larger mulch basin is for the shower and washing machine drains.Our toothpaste, deodorant, soaps and cleaning supplies are made by us so they don’t contain the harsh chemicals of
9 weeks after her chicks hatched she is laying again. 4 eggs in 4 days. Sunday breakfast is coming up.
My parents purchased a beautiful house on over 20 acres of rolling hills and woodlands. We never even entertained the idea that they would move out here when we were in the process of purchasing our place, but we are thrilled that they are here. The moving truck is gone and now they are unpacking

We planted 4 sweet potato slips in a raised bed this spring and we just harvested them. We were pleasantly surprised to dig up over 10 lbs., which is much better than our regular potato harvest this year.
