The key ingredient in this tincture is feverfew – an amazing herb known to reduce the symptoms, severity, and frequency of migraines when used regularly. Rosemary has anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. These two powerhouse herbs combined with Lemon Balm, Holy Basil, and Peppermint work together to increase blood flow and circulation in the brain and reduce headaches.

Our Process: Our tinctures are made by soaking herbs, mushrooms, and lichens in 100 proof vodka. This allows the active compounds from the herbs to be extracted and preserved. Mushrooms and lichens go through an additional water extraction making them “double extracted.” Tinctures are commonly used in herbal practices for their therapeutic benefits. They’re convenient and easy to use, making them a popular choice for natural remedies. All herbs are organically grown or foraged on or around our homestead here in Tennessee.

To Use: Shake well before taking. For migraine relief take one dropper once a day; for other headache symptoms, take 1 dropper at the onset of the headache. For best taste, add your dose to your favorite beverage.
