Maitri Homestead’s Elderberry Herbal Tincture provides a concentrated dose of Elderberry goodness!
Elderberry is best known for its immune-boosting properties. Elderberry may reduce the chances of contracting the flu and other bacterial and viral infections, and helps to reduce the severity and duration of illness should it occur.
Our Process: Our tinctures are made by soaking herbs, mushrooms, and lichens in 100 proof vodka. This allows the active compounds from the herbs to be extracted and preserved. Mushrooms and lichens go through an additional water extraction making them “double extracted.” Tinctures are commonly used in herbal practices for their therapeutic benefits. They’re convenient and easy to use, making them a popular choice for natural remedies. All herbs are organically grown or foraged on or around our homestead here in Tennessee.
To Use: Shake well before taking. Take one dropper once a day; if you’re feeling cruddy, take up to three droppers throughout the day. For best taste, add your dose to your favorite beverage.
