Our Process: Our tinctures are made by soaking herbs, mushrooms, and lichens in 100 proof vodka. This allows the active compounds from the herbs to be extracted and preserved. Mushrooms and lichens go through an additional water extraction making them “double extracted.” Tinctures are commonly used in herbal practices for their therapeutic benefits. They’re convenient and easy to use, making them a popular choice for natural remedies. All herbs are organically grown or foraged on or around our homestead here in Tennessee.
To Use: Shake well before taking. Take one dropperful once a day; slowly build up to two droppers as you learn your body’s tolerance to this supplement. For best taste, add your dose to your favorite beverage.
