Because our products are handmade in small batches, some variation in products is to be expected. For example, reasonable variations in soap bar shapes, colors, and scented products are to be expected in handmade, small batch production processes. We only accept returns on defective products within the first 30 days upon your receipt of the item. Non defective items are not returnable. Live plants and cuttings are not refundable.
