Passion Flower is known for reducing stress and anxiety, and can improve sleep quality. California Poppy has analgesic and anti-anxiety properties that may help relieve sleep disturbances. Valerian may help you to fall asleep faster, sleep more deeply, and improve the quality of sleep when used regularly. Lemon Balm and Chamomile have been used historically to soothe the mind, reduce anxiety, and promote sleepiness. Each of these herbs promotes calmness and relaxation, and can aid in a better night’s sleep without the groggy side effects that many medications cause. Valerian can be slightly habit-forming. Do not use while pregnant. 

Our Process: Our tinctures are made by soaking herbs, mushrooms, and lichens in 100 proof vodka. This allows the active compounds from the herbs to be extracted and preserved. Mushrooms and lichens go through an additional water extraction making them “double extracted.” Tinctures are commonly used in herbal practices for their therapeutic benefits. They’re convenient and easy to use, making them a popular choice for natural remedies. All herbs are organically grown or foraged on or around our homestead here in Tennessee.

To Use: Shake well before taking. Take half to one dropper once a day about an hour before bedtime. For best taste, add your dose to your favorite beverage.
