Sarah and I are enjoying our Thanksgiving Holiday alone at our house this year due to a rise in Covid-19 cases. Sarah’s school has gone back to all virtual classes just recently for an unknown period of time. The hospitals in Tennessee are straining to handle all the influx in cases.
We couldn’t fit our 11 lbs. turkey in our tiny propane oven. We had to cut it up first before baking it.
