Elderberry Syrup

Description: Health-EE syrup contains Elderberry and Echinacea to help prevent and alleviate the likelihood and duration of the common cold and flu. We grow our own elderberries and blueberries using organic practices, add honey from our own honeybee hives, and add our own freshly-harvested echinacea to this medicinal mixture. We process our all-natural ingredients minimally to make them shelf-stable for up to one year. Once opened, keep refrigerated for 2+ months of freshness.  If you’re worried about the product spoiling before you can use it all, pour remaining syrup into ice cube trays, and store it as Health-EE ice cubes!

To Use: Some people take Maitri Homestead’s Health-EE Syrup every day to ward off illness; the recommended dose is 1 tablespoon for adults and 1 teaspoon for children once per day. Others people take it at the first sign of illness; if you are beginning to feel sick or are already sick, the recommended does is up to 3 tablespoons for adults and up to 3 teaspoons for kids taken throughout the day. Adjust your dose for your body’s individual weight and needs.
